Job summary

IntegriWard is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for USBP/AMO facilities and grounds. The role requires applying knowledge across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades to keep buildings functioning reliably.

You will work independently, interpreting blueprints and CBP design standards, and maintaining strong communication with the Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Experience in two or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings and CBP standards.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance and repairs on facilities, grounds, and related structures.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and efficient repairs.
• Inspect and test HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Work independently to support maintenance activities and projects.
• Interpret blueprints, manuals, and CBP design standards.
• Communicate with Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
