Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is actively seeking a Facilities Maintenance Repair Person to join our team in Canton, Ohio. In this role you will help maintain all agency facilities and property, performing a wide range of repairs and upkeep.

Responsibilities include carpentry, painting, mechanical, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, housekeeping, parking, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair.
• Ability to identify mechanical and electrical problems and offer potential solutions.
• Ability to follow directions and make exact measurements.
• Basic computer and electronics skills required.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep and maintenance of all agency facilities and property.
• Perform repairs and maintenance across carpentry, painting, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, furnishings, HVAC.
• Housekeeping tasks including janitorial, stocking supplies, and floor maintenance; parking, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
