Paramount Contracting Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Commercial Construction Maintenance Technician responsible for diverse structural modifications and multi-trade asset repairs across our premier storage portfolio.

You will troubleshoot building systems, perform carpentry, drywall, finish trades, and low voltage work, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards while coordinating with project managers and external sub-trades to keep workflows uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on multi-trade construction experience.
• Experience across finish carpentry, drywall, flooring, hardware, and low voltage knowledge.
• Ability to read and extract measurements from engineering plans and blueprints.
• Active and valid driver's license with a safe, responsible transit history.
• Disciplined work ethic with ability to operate independently or lead field crews.
• Open to exploring new trades.

Responsibilities

• Execute framing, drywall finishing, industrial painting, and flooring.
• Interpret blueprints and technical design documents to map repairs with high accuracy.
• Plan site preparation, precise space layouts, and material handling protocols.
• Install or repair structural elements while ensuring compliance with building codes.
• Diagnose complex mechanical or structural defects and engineer remediation solutions on active jobsites.
• Coordinate with project managers and external sub-trades to ensure smooth workflows.
• Manage tools and industrial machinery to maintain an organized OSHA-compliant site.
