Job summary

Paramount Contracting Inc. is seeking a Construction Laborer for direct multi-trade field operations and low-voltage facility security builds in the Phoenix area.

You will execute complex structural tasks while integrating access control and surveillance across premium storage facilities, gaining field autonomy to drive site updates from rough-in to systems configuration. The role offers opportunities to work with cross-functional teams, interpret detailed blueprints and schematics, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on multi-trade construction experience.
• Ability to read and extract measurements from engineering drawings.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute building assemblies including framing, drywall, painting, finish carpentry.
• Install and troubleshoot security camera networks and access control tech.
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Perform on-site diagnostics and field troubleshooting of system issues.
• Coordinate with project managers and trades to maintain workflow.
• Ensure work complies with building and safety codes.
• Oversee site prep and material handling.
