You will drive complex site updates from rough-in to technical configurations, contributing to asset protection and career growth within a rapidly expanding industrial network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on multi-trade construction experience in commercial zones.
• Broad skills across structural framing, finish carpentry, drywall installation, and commercial hardware.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and extract measurements from blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-trade assemblies including framing, drywall, and finish carpentry.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot advanced security camera networks and access control systems.
• Interpret architectural blueprints, technical drawings, and low-voltage wiring schematics.
• Conduct real-time field troubleshooting and connectivity diagnostics to resolve system malfunctions on-site.
• Oversee job site preparation, layout coordination and heavy material handling.
• Ensure repairs and hardware integrations comply with regional building and safety codes.
• Coordinate daily with project managers and external trades to maintain workflow.
