Paramount Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Maintenance Technician to perform direct multi-trade refurbishments and structural repairs on premier storage facilities in Las Vegas.

You'll manage framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and low‑voltage tasks, interpret blueprints, plan space layouts, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects on schedule while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on multi-trade construction experience in commercial settings.
• Ability to read, interpret, and extract measurements from blueprints and specifications.
• Active and valid driver's license with safe transit history.

Responsibilities

• Execute framing, drywall finishing, painting, and flooring tasks.
• Interpret architectural blueprints and layouts to map asset repairs.
• Lead site preparation, space planning, and material handling per safety protocols.
• Install or repair structural elements and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Diagnose mechanical/structural defects and implement real-time remediation solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers and sub-trades to maintain workflow.
