Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Respond to work orders, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Complete carpentry, painting, and finish work; patch drywall and install trim.
Coordinate with licensed contractors for specialized projects; document activities.
