Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead store teams across stores in your district, driving operational excellence and outstanding customer service. You’ll mentor teammates, monitor performance, and partner with the General Manager to keep standards high.

This role includes an overnight differential of $1.50/hr for 10pm–6am, local travel between stores, and a fast-paced environment with 4-day work weeks and every-other-weekend off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities, with lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks).
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
• Prior experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles one way)

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operational and service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold positive store culture by applying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
