Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across several stores in your district. This role offers a nightly shift premium and a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you lead store teams and drive customer service excellence.

You will travel locally to support nearby locations, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to performance standards while delivering Friday-to-Sunday weekend coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Must multitask while moving between stores and manage physical tasks.
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old; VA requires 21+ for specific tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to team members while upholding standards.
• Inspire and mentor team members and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work alongside team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulations, and travel locally to support nearby stores.
