Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive performance across district stores, delegating tasks and upholding service and operations standards.

You’ll mentor team members, boost engagement, and travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
• Mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards across locations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
