Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across districts, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional guest service.

You will travel locally to support nearby stores, mentor team members, and uphold Sheetz Performance Standards. The role offers competitive pay, paid parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, and comprehensive benefits, plus a 4-day work week with every other weekend off.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and reaching.
• Age 18+; Virginia law may require 21+ for certain tasks.
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
