Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple locations in your district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and partner with the General Manager to uphold high standards of service and a positive, engaging store culture.

The role offers dynamic day-to-day variety, travel to nearby stores, and a night-shift premium of $1.50 per hour for 10pm–6am, plus benefits like PTO, 401k match, and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+; Virginia law requires 21+ for some tasks.
• Experience leading a team or coordinating staff.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and maintain service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide feedback to GM.
• Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to a positive, engaging store culture aligned with Sheetz standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by adhering to regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
