Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple districts. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and partner with General Managers to maintain high service standards while traveling between nearby stores.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while meeting operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
