Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple locations within the district. You will delegate tasks, mentor team members, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Travel locally between nearby stores is required, with a focus on delivering consistent performance and a positive store culture. This role offers growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (Virginia state law may require Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Experience leading a team or coordinating with others to achieve goals.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 miles daily; mileage reimbursed if applicable.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Uphold Sheetz Performance Standards; foster positive store culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
