Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Self-Storage Multi-Store Manager to oversee multiple locations and drive sales, occupancy, and customer satisfaction. You will lead store teams, coordinate with Area and District Managers, and ensure brand standards across sites while managing maintenance, safety, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of storage, retail or hospitality experience.
• Multi-unit store experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to identify maintenance, safety and fire issues.
• Travel frequently to assigned stores for coverage and support.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals by promoting unit rentals, warranties, moving supplies, and securing positive reviews.
• Guide new customers through the rental process and ensure smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and secure units.
• Manage past-due tenants and handle lien/auction paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service and meet client needs.
• Perform daily property inspections for security, cleanliness, and upkeep.
• Communicate results and recommendations to Area/ District Managers and Leadership Team.
• Travel to all assigned locations for shifts and operational support as needed.
• Be flexible with weekend and holiday schedules.
