Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work at stores within a 15 mile radius of Store #4349 in Ashwaubenon, WI. This full-time role focuses on helping wholesale and retail customers, recommending products, and resolving issues to maximize satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, stocking, tinting and mixing as needed, and maintaining display standards while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to retrieve items from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs, with occasional 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers select products.
• Assist in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products/services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves, and pull products from floor/warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications and support deliveries.
