Job summary

Sales First Distributing is seeking a Chain Account Manager to strengthen and grow our multi-store retail partnerships within the TCG and hobby categories. You will work with corporate buyers and store teams to support replenishment, allocations, and category expansion.

In this role, you will present new releases, guide accounts through schedules, coordinate with warehouse operations, and monitor accounts to ensure steady growth and on-time product availability across assigned chains.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience, preferably with multi-store retailers.
• Knowledge of TCG, hobby, gaming, or adjacent consumer products is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with reporting platforms.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple chain accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with corporate buyers and store teams, ensuring consistent communication and support for ongoing product needs.
• Present new releases within existing TCG brands—especially high-demand, allocated items—and guide accounts through release schedules and expectations.
• Introduce new product categories (e.g., accessories) to enhance overall assortment and drive incremental growth.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse operations, understanding each chain’s shipping requirements and routing guidelines.
• Monitor A/R for assigned accounts and partner with finance to resolve outstanding balances or invoice issues.
• Utilize tools and reporting systems to manage forecasting, sales tracking, and account performance visibility.
