MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an Area Manager to direct operations for Break Time stores in Missouri. You will supervise staff, uphold service standards, and drive profitability across assigned locations.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training employees, enforcing company policies, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store image and inventory controls. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience or related work.
• Completion of Break Time Area Supervisor training within 6 months.
• Demonstrated responsibility, integrity, dependability, and stability.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and inventory with accuracy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise operations in assigned Break Time stores to maximize sales and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees to achieve fast and friendly service.
• Maintain store image: clean, well-stocked, and ready for business.
• Ensure stores operate within inventory levels, budgets, and profit margins.
• Support promotions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
