Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12-14 stores across Texas and lead the training of Store Leaders. You will supervise operations, implement merchandising programs, and focus on cash/inventory control while driving customer service excellence.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience in district/retail operations, plus a valid driver's license. A company vehicle is provided upon appointment; bonus potential and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in district/retail operations management.
• Experience supervising 12-14 store locations.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Strong multi-tasking, budgeting, and profit/loss management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 stores and train Store Leaders.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash/inventory.
• Drive sales, manage expenses, and hit performance goals.
• Collaborate with upper management and district leadership.
