7-Eleven, Inc. in McAllen, TX is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12–14 store locations. You will train Store Leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store performance across a district.

The role requires a 4-year degree in a related field or 5+ years of district/region management experience in retail, a valid TX driver’s license, and strong multi-tasking abilities. A company vehicle is provided after appointment to the district.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing multiple stores or districts.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, and supervise Store Leaders across multiple units.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash/inventory.
• Focus on profit and loss management, budget planning, and cost control.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
