• Monitor fry station including oil levels, timers, and cooking times for fries and other items.
• Assist in expediting orders and ensuring accuracy for dine-in and take-out customers.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash equipment, and sanitize surfaces; assist as a closer when needed.
