Job summary

Burger King seeks a versatile Team Member to join our fast-service kitchen. You will work at various stations to prepare and serve foods, including broiler, sandwich prep, fry station, and specialty boards.

You will assist in expediting orders, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining heat and freshness of items for serving. You will monitor cooking times, help maintain cleanliness, and participate in closing tasks to prepare the kitchen for the next shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate Broiler: transport patties and buns, assemble, keep heat until final prep.
• Handle Sandwich Prep Board: assemble sandwiches with condiments, wrap and label orders, track hold times.
• Play Fry Station duties: monitor oil, fry baskets, drain and season foods, and assist at Heat Chute.
• Manage Specialty Sandwich Board: toast buns, assemble sandwiches, heat desserts, and prep toppings.
• Assist Expeditor: gather prepared foods, notify shortages, serve shakes and condiments, ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization: wash and wipe kitchen equipment, break down and sanitize surfaces.
• Close duties: shut down equipment, sanitize hoods, manage oil, and clean floors as required.
