Responsibilities

• Broiler duties: transport patties and buns, place on conveyor, keep heat in PHU.
• Sandwich Prep Board: assemble sandwiches with condiments per order, wrap and label.
• Fry Station: manage oil, fry items, time with timer, drain and season.
• Specialty Sandwich Board: toast buns, assemble, heat pies when needed.
• Expeditor: review orders, gather foods, serve, notify shortages.
• General: monitor holding times, wash dishes, clean kitchen to safety standards.
