Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transports patties and buns to the broiler, assembles sandwich components and maintains heat in PHU.
• Assembles sandwiches by applying condiments, cheese, lettuce, tomato and wraps or boxes finished sandwiches.
• Prepares fries and other fried items; monitors oil, times and drains foods before serving.
• Toasts buns, adds meat and garnishes, heats hot items in microwave, and wraps finished foods.
• Reviews orders, assembles orders for dine-in or take-out, and coordinates with kitchen staff.
• All team members monitor holding times of cooked foods and assist in cleanliness and prep as needed.
