You will work under the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, maintaining mise en place, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to a collaborative kitchen culture. Strong knife skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years restaurant kitchen experience
• Comfortable working multiple stations
• Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking fundamentals
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Work assigned stations independently during service.
• Complete daily prep assignments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain proper mise en place throughout service.
• Practice proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations before, during, and after service.
• Support teammates during busy service periods.
• Follow directions and feedback from the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Cook I team members.
