The Lodge at Ventana Canyon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Cook II to join its kitchen team. You will prepare and execute menu items, work multiple stations independently, and help maintain an organized, efficient service environment under the direction of the Executive and Sous Chefs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years restaurant kitchen experience.
• Able to work multiple stations independently.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Work assigned stations independently during service.
• Complete daily prep assignments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain mise en place throughout service.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep workstations clean and organized before, during, and after service.
• Support teammates during busy service periods.
• Follow directions from Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Cook I team members.
