Qualifications

• 2+ years title experience required.
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of basic real estate title concepts.
• Familiarity with title insurance commitments and policies.
• Ability to perform calculations for policy premiums.

Responsibilities

• National title examination of title to real property.
• QC title grade sheets for completeness of documentation.
• Abstract and analyze deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments, taxes.
• Verify ownership and encumbrances of real property.
• Prepare professional reports and review for accuracy.
