Bridgeway Partners, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive new business development and capital equipment sales across a multi-state territory.

This field-based role focuses on building a robust pipeline and delivering ROI-focused presentations to aesthetic practices and medical providers. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of outside B2B sales, a proven track record of meeting quotas, and the ability to manage all stages from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience, preferably with multiple years of demonstrated success at the same organization.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, earning sales awards, or top-performer recognition.
• Experience with organizations such as ADP, Cintas, Paychex, or similar companies with established sales training is highly desirable.
• Medical aesthetics, medical device, or capital equipment sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience selling lasers, RF, energy-based devices, or other aesthetic technologies is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a multi-state sales territory, with a focus on new customer acquisition, territory expansion, and capital equipment sales.
• Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify high-potential accounts and expand market share.
• Build a consistent pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, referrals, networking, and in-person visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand customers' clinical, operational, and financial needs.
• Present the clinical value, ROI, and competitive advantages of the product portfolio.
• Develop relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, aesthetic practices, and other key customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline information, and forecasts.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
