The role requires a seasoned leader with strong budget, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of travel across states to oversee multi-site projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing CapEx, renovations, or plant operations in multi-site healthcare facilities.
• Deep understanding of SNF/long-term care operations and how environments affect resident care and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets, schedules, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead CapEx projects, renovations, and physical plant improvements across multiple SNFs and long-term care facilities.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year CapEx plan aligned with corporate objectives and operational needs.
• Define project scopes, budgets, and timelines with local, regional, and corporate teams.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and architects to ensure quality and cost control within timelines.
• Ensure facility upgrades support resident care, safety, and regulatory compliance.
