• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CapEx projects, renovations, and physical plant improvements across a multi-state portfolio.
• Develop and maintain multi-year CapEx plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality and cost control.
