The role partners with HR, Finance, Benefits, and business leaders to maintain payroll compliance and service excellence. You will process adjustments, incentive payments, bonuses, and special transactions; prepare checks and ACHs; and support audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly multi-state payrolls accurately and within deadlines.
• Audit payroll results for earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefits.
• Prepare checks and ACH payments and obtain bank confirmations.
