Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ payroll and/or accounting experience.
• CPP designation preferred.
• Experience with multi-state payroll reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Process all facets of payroll for associates ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Maintain the HCM payroll module with various transactions (new hires, status changes, separations).
• Maintain all time off accruals and related notifications.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries and resolution.
• Balance and reconcile bank accounts to general ledger and prepare required reports.
