Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll administration experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Maintain payroll records including earnings, deductions, and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policies.
• Manage year-end payroll activities including W-2 preparation.
