Job summary

Green House is a Brand-to-Demand marketing agency seeking a Payroll Manager in Miami, FL. The role oversees the full payroll function for a national workforce across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve inquiries, improve processes, and manage ACA reporting and W-2 documentation. Hybrid schedule and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in payroll administration or management.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance and wage/hour laws.
• Experience with payroll systems and Excel for GL reporting.
• CPP certification preferred; FPC considered.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for a national workforce across states and pay schedules.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Conduct monthly payroll audits and support audits.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll-related accounting entries and month-end close.
• Provide excellent employee support and onboarding/benefits administration.
• Identify and implement system enhancements to reduce manual effort.
