Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join a manufacturing company in City of Industry, California. This on-site role handles full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll across multiple states and supports the accounting team with general ledger, reconciliations and month-end close.

The position requires 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing, multi-state payroll experience, and strong knowledge of payroll laws, HRIS, ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll processing.
• Minimum 3 years of multi-state payroll experience.
• Experience independently managing full-cycle payroll and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations across states.
• Review timecards, attendance, payroll adjustments and employee information.
• Process payroll adjustments, manual checks, off-cycle payments and deductions.
