Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of direct payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll.
• Experience with Rippling highly preferred; experience with a comparable payroll or HRIS platform required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Discretion and confidentiality handling payroll and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Process regular and off-cycle payroll accurately and timely through Rippling.
• Audit payroll data and validate hours, deductions, and earnings.
• Manage voluntary and involuntary deductions and tax withholdings.
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to employee inquiries confidentially.
• Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and project accounting as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable payroll regulations.
