Job summary

JUUT Salonspa is hiring a Payroll Staff Accountant to own the full-cycle payroll for 350+ employees across multiple states. You will also handle month-end reconciliations, inventory calculations, and sales data entry to the accounting system.

Qualifications include 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and familiarity with Paylocity or ADP Workforce Now. Some California wage-hour knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multi-state payroll experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field.
• Paylocity and/or ADP Workforce Now knowledge is preferred.
• NetSuite Accounting software experience preferred.
• Understanding of California wage and hour laws, including Overtime and Meal Break requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle payroll for 350+ hourly, salaried, and commission-based employees located in Minnesota, California, and Arizona.
• Perform month-end account reconciliations and related tasks.
• Handle inventory calculations and verifications.
• Prepare weekly sales entries and post to the accounting system.
