Job summary

JUUT Salonspa is seeking a Payroll Staff Accountant to own the full-cycle payroll for 350+ hourly, salaried, and commission-based employees across Minnesota, California, and Arizona. The role includes month-end reconciliations, inventory verifications, and weekly sales postings into the accounting system.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or Paylocity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multi-state payroll experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Paylocity and/or ADP Workforce Now knowledge is preferred.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Understanding of California wage and hour laws.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle payroll for 350+ hourly, salaried, and commission-based employees.
• Month-end reconciliations, inventory calculations and verifications.
• Weekly sales compilation with entry into accounting system.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
