Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in mortgage default servicing or related legal operations.
Minimum of 3 years in management or supervisory roles.
Experience with multi-state judicial operations strongly preferred.
Experience with client scorecards, audits, escalations, and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes supporting litigation, deed-in-lieu, and eviction inventories.
Identify gaps affecting timelines, quality, compliance, or client satisfaction.
Develop corrective-action plans and monitor completion.
Lead implementation of new workflows with training and rollout.
Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to operations staff.
