Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in management or supervisory roles.
• Experience with multi-state judicial operations strongly preferred.
• Experience with client scorecards, audits, escalations, and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes supporting litigation, deed-in-lieu, and eviction inventories.
• Identify gaps affecting timelines, quality, compliance, or client satisfaction.
• Develop corrective-action plans and monitor completion.
• Lead implementation of new workflows with training and rollout.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to operations staff.
