Job summary

Sourcing HR Solutions partners with a strong aerospace company to hire an HR/Payroll Specialist who will manage payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and organizational development.

You will ensure multi-state and international payroll processing, compliance with California wage and hour laws, confidentiality, and collaboration with payroll providers, managers, and HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of payroll experience with 1–2 years at a specialist level.
• In-depth understanding of California and federal payroll laws.
• Experience with complex payroll scenarios including tax laws, garnishments, and benefits coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately for multi-state and international employees.
• Review payroll reports and verify employee information for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with California wage and hour laws and other regulations.
• Coordinate payroll processing with providers and internal teams.
• Support benefits administration and onboarding activities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies.
