Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of healthcare compliance or regulatory support experience.
• Familiarity with state licensing, DEA, CLIA, and accreditation processes.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new facility setup, regulatory enrollment, and licensing renewals.
• Maintain active licenses, registrations, and regulatory filings across states.
• Support state reporting, data collection, and compliance dashboards.
• Coordinate permits and operational licensing (kitchen, food service, environmental health).
• Organize compliance files and support audits, surveys, and site visits.
• Provide general administrative support to Compliance Manager.
