Job summary

The role collaborates with Nursing, HR, Risk Management, and Compliance to meet accreditation requirements and support state licensure efforts.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Demonstrated experience with home health regulatory compliance across multiple states.
• Certification in occupational health nursing (COHN/COHN-S) or infection control (CIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the employee health program in accordance with OSHA, CDC, and state licensure requirements.
• Maintain TB screening, immunization records, and renewal timelines for nursing staff.
• Coordinate exposure management, incident tracking, and injury documentation.
• Advise leadership on employee health risks and mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the regulatory expert during licensure applications and surveys.
