Tyvan LLC is seeking a Life Safety Compliance Manager to lead system-wide Life Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and Environment of Care programs across a multi-site healthcare portfolio. You will drive regulatory readiness, conduct audits, and partner with facilities, construction, and engineering teams to design compliant environments.

The role emphasizes translating incident response and risk mitigation into scalable healthcare compliance systems, with a strong focus on CMS and accreditation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Emergency Management, Public Safety, Environmental Safety, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Life Safety compliance program across all facilities.
• Ensure CMS Conditions of Participation and NFPA 101 compliance.
• Conduct Life Safety assessments, audits, and inspections; document findings.
• Oversee Emergency Preparedness plans, drills, and real-event evaluations.
