Join Our Team as a Multi-Sport Coach at Amazing Athletes

We are seeking enthusiastic coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Established in 2003, Amazing Athletes has become one of the nation's largest programs, enrolling over 50,000 children annually. Coaches can work between 5 to 25 classes per week, with ready-made curricula and extensive training to ensure a smooth start and enjoyable experience working with kids.

Our coaching philosophy emphasizes individual attention, a non-competitive environment, and positive reinforcement to foster success and fun for every child. Coaches are encouraged to be open-minded, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement through training and adherence to the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared for each class, including commuting
• Engage with parents, teachers, directors, and children daily
• Conduct classes in an organized, structured, and fun manner
• Maintain an energetic and outgoing demeanor during classes
• Supervise children responsibly and maintain accurate class rosters
• Submit precise pay stubs for review

Requirements

• Passion for sports, fitness, and working with children
• Background in fitness-related fields (e.g., athletics, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, physical education) is a plus
• Experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, substitute teacher, coach) is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check
