Amazing Athletes is the premier sports-based enrichment program in the country, seeking to expand its team in Connecticut. We offer coaches flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and the chance to inspire youth. Classes last 30-45 minutes, plus 15 minutes for setup and breakdown, where you will teach fundamentals of 10 sports to children aged 18 months to 6 years, following our curriculum. Coaches will undergo training, demonstrate activities in childcare centers, start new classes, enroll students, and aim to grow the program.

We are looking for experienced, fun, energetic early-childhood teachers and coaches to represent our brand.

Requirements

• Arrive early and prepared, including commuting time.
• Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, directors, and children daily.
• Conduct classes in an organized, structured, and engaging manner.
• Be outgoing and ensure every child is engaged.
• Understand your responsibilities while supervising children.
• Maintain up-to-date class rosters weekly.
• Submit accurate pay stubs for review.
• Experience working with preschool children (e.g., teachers, camp counselors, substitute teachers, coaches).
• Passion for sports and fitness.
• Background in athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or physical education.
• First Aid Certification.
• Coaching experience.
