Job summary

Mass General Brigham Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. seeks an experienced Practice Manager to coordinate operations across three specialty service lines—Endocrinology, Nutrition, and Nephrology—in the North Shore region.

The role emphasizes access, quality, and patient experience within a collaborative environment. The manager will oversee about 36 staff across multiple sites, with primary onsite locations in Danvers and Salem and regular travel to others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred (5–7 years).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day administrative performance of staff and manages schedules.
• Evaluates staffing needs and coordinates staff replacement.
• Performs hiring, orientation, and staff evaluations; administers corrective action when needed.
• Supports staff development through coaching, counseling, and training.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and mandatory training across staff.
• Develops and optimizes administrative systems; analyzes practice performance metrics.
• Supports annual budget preparation with practice leaders.
