Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Practice Manager to lead operations for three specialty service lines—Endocrinology, Nutrition, and Nephrology—across the North Shore. The role requires strategic planning, collaboration with site managers, and oversight of about 36 staff across multiple locations, with primary sites in Danvers and Salem and regular travel to others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative performance of staff and patient flow.
• Evaluate staffing needs and coordinate replacement of staff.
• Manage hiring, orientation, and staff evaluations.
• Oversee payroll, budgets, and revenue cycle activities.
