Job summary

Community Medical Services in Milwaukee is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a safe, supportive environment for patients seeking recovery from opioid use disorders.

You will hire, train, and guide the patient services team, develop staffing standards, and collaborate with leadership to implement programs and quality improvements. CMS offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least two years of experience in behavioral health or health services preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience, or experience leading individuals or teams required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and guide the patient services team and supervisors.
• Determine staffing standards for clinics based on patient care needs and workflow.
• Identify, de-escalate, and solve patient concerns as they arise.
• Work with Quality and Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate care for patients and manage patient flow at the site.
• Establish KPI's regarding customer service standards and model service excellence.
• Manage outside inspections and assist in plans of corrections or audits.
• Collaborate with Clinical Coordinator on grievances and complaints from clients.
