Job summary

RHO Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the East Boston community in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment. You will assist the maintenance team with routine repairs, respond to work orders, and coordinate with residents and staff.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, fluency in English, and 1–2 years in property management maintenance or related trades, with certifications in EPA refrigerants preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read/write English fluently.
• Technical certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform preventative and routine maintenance or repair as directed.
• Inspect property and correct unsafe conditions.
• Maintain grounds and remove snow per property needs.
