Responsibilities

• Grounds pickup and maintenance of curb appeal.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office.
• Perform apartment trash outs.
• Assist with completion of work orders.
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for on-call.
